Moist Gluten Free Desserts!

For my Gluten Intolerant folk out there, we wanted to let you know about a cooking class. On Monday (6/4/12) in Ann Arbor Michigan at 5060 Jackson Road between 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Here is an excerpt from the post at http://www.annarbor.com:

“Menu: Sweet potato biscuits with blackberry jam and orange butter; quinoa salad with lemon yogurt dressing; salmon cakes with remoulade; chocolate flour-less cake. $65. 734-645-1030.”

A little expensive (you can pick up whole recipe books at my link below for less) but a great chance to network and expand your horizons!
