The Nationals are saddened to hear that we lost one of our biggest fans, Gavin Rupp, to cancer earlier today. We hope that the Rupp family finds comfort in the many happy memories they shared with Gavin, including his time at Nationals Park where he became an inspiration to us all.

Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School Theater opened its doors Saturday for the Annual Evolution Natural Bodybuilding Championship Pro-Qualifier. Drug-free athletes competed in several categories with Pro Cards given to the winners in the Overall Figure and Bodybuilding classes.
UPDATE 11:42 am: LeBron did indeed show up at the Summit County Courthouse near Akron for Jury duty, but he was not selected (shocking) and was set home with the rest of the jurors at 10:30 a.m., reports the Akron Beacon-Journal.
11:17 am: The odds of LeBron James actually getting put on a jury is about the same as Emily Ratajkowski calling to see what I'm up to tonight...
Manager Brendan Rodgers, has told Liverpool striker Luis Suarez to train away from the team.Suarez claims he was promised a transfer to Arsenal if Liverpool didn’t qualify for the Champions League. The goal scoring Suarez disagrees with his manager’s assertions that no promise was made.
Rodgers reacted to the situation by saying:”I will take strong, decisive action, absolutely. I think Luis knows the support he’s had at the football club and that’s something that’s been unswerving throughout the whole of last season. “My job is to fight and protect the club. “

Dwyane Wade has spoken out about the Trayvon Martin case before, he even had written “RIP Trayvon” on his shoes during a game at one point. But he and his two sons took it to the next level posing for the cover of Ebony Magazine this month.
Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old African-American, was shot and killed walking back to the house where he was staying in Stanford, Florida.
Maybe it was all just a bad dream.
Because after sleeping on it, veteran guard Brandon Moore has already cut short his comeback after agreeing to a deal with Dallas last night.
According to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports, Moore has decided to retire instead of joining the Cowboys.
"I'm a man of my word. I hated letting Bill down," Moore said of the Cowboys offensive coordinator, who worked with Moore with the Jets.
The clock could be ticking toward "NEVER."
